ECGlobal Server
ECGlobal Server is an EDI-XML server
system. It consists of an EDI translator from TIE Commerce and a
EDI-XML message management system. It runs on Microsoft Windows
2000/XP/2003 platforms. It is seamlessly integrated with IBM VAN access
and ECGateway communications system to connect to the InfoEC network.
It can also work with any other networking systems to connect you to
your trading partners. All EDI-XML exchange processes are handled
within the ECGlobal Server system. An interface is provided for easy
integration to the back-end application systems. A mapping manager is
also available for users to develop their own EDI maps.
ECGlobal Enterprise
ECGlobal Enterprise is a high performance
EDI application server which runs on UNIX (HP, IBM, SUN) platforms. It
consists of an Oracle database system, an EDI translator from TIE
Commerce and an EDI message management system. It is designed for high
EDI usage, mission critical business organizations.
ECGlobal Enterprise Server provides the following functions:
EDI Message Queue Management
User friendly interfaces are provided for
operational personnel to set EDI queue according to trading partners
with/without document types; to add/delete EDI queues, to start/stop
queue processes; to set queue priorities and to change queue settings
instantly.
EDI Message 'Track and Trace' Management
ECGlobal Enterprise tracks and traces all
incoming and outgoing messages from different networking systems. It is
capable of reporting message status before, during and after EDI
translation processes.
EDI Document Management
The document management functions allow
business managers to view and search EDI documents in text and/or HTML
formats through local and Internet/Intranet network, to collect
statistical data of the EDI documents for business analysis.
Network Management
ECGlobal Enterprise communicates with
Internet, SNA, VAN and X.400 networks with integrated message routing
and processing capabilities. Incoming EDI messages from different
network channels are converted into a common format for EDI
translation. And outgoing EDI messages are distributed to different
network channels for transmission. The network management functions
allow operation personnel to control and assign network channels for
different trading partners easily.
ECGateway Server
ECGateway is an EDI-XML communications
software package designed specially to meet the EDI-XML communications
requirements. The ECGateway uses the Internet to send and receive
EDI-XML messages between organizations. Data Encryption and Automatic
Message Receive Acknowledgement features are built in the ECGateway to
protect EDI data while transporting in the Internet. It runs on Windows
2000/XP/2003 platforms.
ECWeb Server
ECWeb Server is a document distribution web
server. It's main function is to distribute the translated XML
documents from ECGlobal Server and post them on the web. Users can view
and download the XML documents anytime anywhere by using Internet
Explorer. Status of document downloaded or viewed can be shown on the
web application. Before the documents download, users can be informed
the arrival of documents through the Email Notification function from
ECGlobal. The ECWeb runs on Linux server and supports JDBC databases in
the market like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
